Vulpen spec. Akkerman

A fountain pen specialist in the Passage arcade in The Hague, trading since 1910. What made its name is its own ink: a numbered range whose colours are all named for the city's places and habits — Royal Akkermanblauw at 00, then Passage Blue, Binnenhof Blues, Mauritshuis Magenta, Hopjes Brown, Zuiderpark Blue-Green. The bottles come with a marble stopper and a rest for the pen. Montblanc, Visconti, Graf von Faber-Castell, S.T. Dupont and Cross are stocked on the pen side. A shop to visit for the colours as much as the pens.
