A shop in the Sonnenhof arcade at Theatergasse 4 in the old town of Gmunden, Austria, now trading as Gottfrieds Designladen. More than 150 square metres of bright, well-shaped space hold design pieces from Alessi, Kartell, Philippi and Eva Solo, chosen as one-offs away from the mainstream. The paper department runs from handmade sheets through Graf von Faber-Castell and Kaweco writing instruments to everyday office supplies. Closed Mondays and Wednesdays. A shop people come to for a present.
