A stationery specialist in the Sakanacho arcade in Morioka, Iwate prefecture — and a remarkably old one, founded in 1767. It covers office supplies and household goods, new releases and specialist art materials, and in recent years has made its own stationery on Morioka themes, including glass pens drawn from the region. It keeps a workshop too, taking on laminating, print-on-demand and fabric printing — services rarely found in a stationer. Sailor, Platinum and Caran d'Ache are carried. Open 10:00–18:00, closed the first and third Thursday.
