The Taoyuan branch of Far Eastern Department Stores, at 20 Zhongzheng Road in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, with its counter on the seventh floor. The store covers fashion and jewellery, beauty and household goods, and houses restaurants including Din Tai Fung and Gyu-Kaku. On the writing side it carries Montblanc fountain pens, ballpoints and small leather goods, which can be handled before choosing. There is a membership scheme with points, and seasonal gift fairs — around Mid-Autumn Festival, for instance — make it a natural stop when hunting a present.
