A stationer at Klostersteige 12–14 in Kempten, in the Allgäu. The paper shop dates from 1855 and reopened in 2015 in the renovated original premises, which the owners describe — not unreasonably — as one of the loveliest shops in the region. The long-standing lines are there: writing instruments, school and artists' supplies, leather goods, plus what it claims is the region's largest card selection and a run of gifts. Montblanc, Graf von Faber-Castell and Cross are stocked on the pen side. The parent business fits out offices, hotels and clinics, and supplies companies too.
