Füllhalter-Ecke

A fountain pen shop at Kurze Straße 1 in central Kiel, on the corner by Europaplatz and a short walk from the arena, trading in this city for more than 150 years. The owner, Sabine Hennecke, keeps the pens filled with ink in advance so a customer can write with them properly — not dip and scribble, but feel how the pen actually writes — and matches one to the hand, the occasion and the budget, from the robust to the ceremonial. Visconti, Cross, Graf von Faber-Castell and Caran d'Ache are stocked. There is no web shop: orders go by telephone or the contact form.
