Papylos 21, a stationer in Shirakata-honmachi in the centre of Matsue, Shimane prefecture. It gathers stationery from around the world and, unusually, deals in vintage fountain pens as well — its stated aim being to show how deep and wide the subject goes. Platinum is carried on the current fountain pen side. It stands in the shopping streets near Lake Shinji, easy to reach on a walk through the city, and serves both someone after a current model and someone hunting a pen no longer made.
