TRAVELER'S FACTORY 中目黒

The shop the makers of the Traveler's Notebook built for it, after the notebook itself appeared in March 2006. It occupies a small old building down a back alley in Nakameguro that once processed paper during Japan's boom years — unadorned to the point of being blunt outside, its walls and floors worn back to the material inside. They chose it because the building felt like the notebook. What is sold here are the parts for customising a leather cover with its inserts, and pieces made only for this shop. It was set up as somewhere the people who use one meet each other, and it suits anyone building a notebook up over years.
