A jeweller and optician at Via Gallino 28R in the Pontedecimo district of Genoa, founded in 1930 by grandfather Angelo "Giulli" and past ninety years in the same neighbourhood. It carries Italian goldwork and watches, and shows more than seventy models of wedding band alone. A whole floor is given to gifts, from the small present to a one-off in silver. Repairs are taken on for both jewellery and watches, and a qualified optometrist tests eyes on the premises. Waldmann is carried on the writing side. The shop still believes, it says, in a real relationship between customer and shopkeeper.
