A fountain pen and ink specialist in Kirigasaki-cho, Ōgaki, Gifu prefecture, which marked its centenary in 2023 and opened a second shop, Kaidōkan, the same year. Its interest lies in what it makes itself: the proprietor calls himself the ink baron, an alchemist of colour. The house lines include Kireki, a shimmer ink for each of the seventy-two microseasons; the Shikisaigo Celluloid Club, whose celluloid barrels can be swapped; and Gensōteki Bungu, drawn from European music and literature. Its own goods are sold mainly in the shops and its own online store.
