Visconti and Caran d'Ache are carried, and the pens can be handled before choosing. The eighth-floor event hall turns over with temporary exhibitions and shops, stationery fairs among them, and a gift counter and voucher desk sit on the same floor — handy for choosing a pen as a present and having the wrapping settled. There is also a remote ordering service.
