R Hancocks Watch & Clocks Ltd

A watch and clock business on Warstone Lane in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, family-run for more than fifty years and servicing and repairing timepieces of every make — wristwatches, pocket watches, clocks. It began in 1948, when Roy started a six-year apprenticeship with the Swiss house George Bouverat, the last three years spent at the Birmingham Jewellery School. Its watchmakers are registered with the British Horological Institute and work with both classic technique and modern equipment. Every service and repair carries a one-year guarantee. Waldmann is carried on the writing side.
